We're here if something is not working as expected, or if you have a question about importing a WhatsApp chat, deleting a report, privacy, or VibeScan Premium.

Import a WhatsApp chat

  1. Open the WhatsApp chat you want to analyze.
  2. Use Export Chat and choose the option without media.
  3. Tap Share and select VibeScan from the share sheet.
  4. Choose the relationship type in VibeScan and start the report.

Privacy and deletion

You can delete saved conversation reports from inside the app. Open Settings to delete all saved reports, or long press a conversation in your chat list to delete one report.

Premium and subscriptions

Purchases made on iPhone are managed by Apple. If Premium is active but locked in the app, open the paywall or settings screen and use Restore Purchases. To cancel or manage a subscription, use your Apple ID subscription settings.
